  2. A High Quality Teacher If there is one clear message that has emerged from educational research, it is this: Teachers make a difference in student learning. Teachers matter most, and high quality teachers matter even more.

  7. Office of Educator Equity Structural Design MODEL Monitor the implementation and continued progress of each strategy. Organize a documentation system that indicates through reports, related literature, PR documents, press releases, legislation, and other supportive materials that each strategy has been accomplished. Designa methodology to successfully complete the new strategies.

  8. Office of Educator Equity Structural Design MODEL Ensure that all 68 strategies outlined in the plan are successful, ongoing, and effective programs, initiatives, and incentives that impact student achievement. Leverage support through effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders for successful completion of the plan.
