  14. Extrinsic Motivation • Includes the values, goals,and interests of others as they affect you.

  15. Extrinsic Motivation • Examples: • I want to finish school because my mom thinks it is important. • I want to get a degree in mathematics because that is the same major as my best friend. • I want to learn how to weld because it is a requirement for the job.
