  2. With OAG Travel Planner you can take control of your travel planning with fast access to all flight schedules! OAG enables you to: • Spend less time arranging travel • Get to your destination more quickly • Create complex itineraries • Reduce costs by decreasing transaction fees and working more efficiently • Make changes to travel plans en route • Work more productively with your existing travel systems

  5. Welcome For example, select Flights to search for flights. To get started, make a selection from the menu bar or one of the six boxes

  6. Flight Search Enter your departure and arrival Information Click Display Flights to continue If you have a preferred airline, enter carriers name here

  7. Flight Results Unlike other travel web sites, OAG Travel Planner gives you all possible routes This page displays all flights which match your search criteria Click here to add flights to your itinerary

Each flight line includes: Selection boxes to add to an itinerary Aircraft seating diagrams Seat availability Departure and arrival times Elapsed time for flights Connection city name Link to airline web sites Airport diagrams and terminal indicators Click the flight number to view additional information

  9. Flight Options Toggle between Departure and Arrival information View additional flights by clicking More Flights Sort by elapsed time Sort by flight number Sort by departure time Create you own connection options by clicking Customize Connections Sort by arrival time

  10. More Flights More Flights is a list of additional connecting flights to your destination

  11. Selected flights are automatically added to an itinerary with your flight information

  12. Adding Hotels Click Hotels to add a hotel to your itinerary

  13. Search for hotels by city, rate, chain or available amenities Click Display Hotels to see search results

  14. Hotel Results This page lists all hotels which match your search criteria Click Return To Trip Plan Select a hotel to add it to your itinerary

  15. Hotel Details Phone number Selection box to add to an itinerary U.S. rate Local rate when applicable Address Click hotel name to view additional hotel information

  20. Car Rental Information Click Return To Trip Plan,to return to your itinerary Enter car type, car company and any other special notes

  22. Completed trip plan Save, export, email and print completed trip plans All of these flight schedules can be downloaded to a laptop or 10 city pairs to your PDA.
