Implementation • New Offshore Standards and Recommended Practices are launched when completed • from 04/99 to 05/01 • New Offshore Service Specifications for Class will be launched replacing existing Class rules for MOU and FOI. • Class to new format available from 07/2001 • Transition period : Existing MOU Rules or Offshore 2000 may be chosen as basis for class contracts from 07/2001 to 07/2002.
