  3. ORIGINES DU PROJET • Améliorer la qualité de la prise en charge, personnaliser l’accueil • Anxiété, Peur ressentie par les patients liée au manque de repères • Manque de communication infirmier(e) de bloc /patient, infirmier(e) de bloc/infirmier(e) service de soins

  4. BUTS • Participer au bien être du patient en favorisant une relation d’écoute. • Décloisonner les services • Améliorer la prise en charge du patient

DESCRIPTION • Visite la veille de l’intervention ou le matin, • Choix des patients entendu avec IDE du service, • Volontairement en tenue de bloc, • Présentation du bloc, visionnage du film, • Entretien, apport d’informations, relation d’aide. • Réalisation d’une fiche de transmission, • Transmission orale et communication avec l’infirmier(e) de secteur.

  6. REALISATION • Réflexion sur l’élaboration du projet 03/2013. • Validation en conseil de bloc 04/2013. • Présentation aux cadres des services 06/2013. • Réalisation du film 07/2013. • Présentation aux infirmières de secteur 01/2014. • Réalisation d’une affiche.
