Potential CHWA and CHPC Roles • Review recommendations and categorize for type of actions required. • Conduct brief landscape update • Identify priorities for CHWA/CHPC leadership of coordination and implementation • Provide linkage and support for priorities led by member organizations • Offer technical assistance and models for implementation of regional initiatives • Work with Council and key stakeholders to develop CA workforce strategy & action plan.

  3. Potential CHWA and CHPC Roles • Serve as ongoing, neutral coordinating infrastructure and forum for implementation • Lead pipeline and diversity initiatives, support programs, provide the network. • Develop and evaluate the workforce roles in new delivery models • Share, evaluate and promulgate best practices • Mobilize private funding & allocation to priorities • Assume roles that public agencies cannot fill • Shared education and advocacy • On-line network to exchange info, plan, and share resources
