The Gospel of Matthewmary.marshall@theology Codex Sinaiticus
Torah and Teaching Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or the prophets; I have come not to abolish but to fulfil. For truly I tell you, until heaven and earth pass away, not one letter, not one stroke of a letter, will pass from the law until all is accomplished. Therefore, whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches others to do the same, will be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does them and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. (5.17-20)
Standard for Kingdom Greatest in Kingdom – does them and teaches Least in Kingdom – breaks these commandments ---------------------------------------------------------------- Scribes and Pharisees – Their righteousness

Mishnah Gittin ix.10 The School of Shammai say: A man may not divorce his wife unless he has found unchastity in her, for it is written Because he hath found in her indecencyin anything [Deut 24.1]. The School of Hillel say: [He may divorce her] even if she spoiled a dish for him, for it is written, Because he hath found in her indecency in anything. Rabbi Akiba says: Even if he found another fairer than she, for it is written, And it shall be if she find no favour in heis eyes [Deut. 24.1]. (Translation by Danby)
