2. How to Enter Search Criteria – Step 1 To make a criteria selection: • Click on one of the six criteria headings (General, Building, Site or Financial) on top of the Criteria Select Screen. A column of buttons displaying all available criteria under that heading will appear down the left-hand side of the screen. In this example, Building criteria has been selected:

3. How to Enter Search Criteria – Step 2 • Click on the desired criterion button from the criteria selection column. A criteria entry box will appear. • In this example, "Heating Type" has been selected.

4. How to Enter Search Criteria – Step 3 To make your selection, click on a single line or several lines from the list of selections. This will highlight the lines. Click OK. In this instance, properties with gas, electric, and central warm air heating have been selected:

5. How to Enter Search Criteria – Step 4 • Click OK. Your selection will appear on a Criteria Select screen. Repeat this step to add as many search criteria as necessary. Then click OK (Begin Search) to retrieve properties which match your selected criteria. NOTE: Some criteria require you to enter a "range."
