The Alsol Program The objective of the project is to: • Promote the use of solar water heaters (SWH) to a large public, • Provide the adequate conditions for a sustainable thermal solar market, • Propose a financing mechanism (using loans with low interests and guarantee funds) which will make the SWH more affordable.
