New Features for GuardTek m-Post Users

On the heels of our recent announcement about joining forces with PPM Perspective Solutions, we have a few more exciting updates to share. GuardTek m-Post now has new features to help keep your guards efficient and your managers organized. The new m-Post application is available for Android devices at no additional cost for current customers. Updating the application will not automatically change the application interface and features. After installing the update, users can select an option within the legacy interface to upgrade to the new platform.

The new m-Post application is available for Android devices at no additional cost for current customers. Updating the application will not automatically change the application interface and features. After installing the update, users can select an option within the legacy interface to upgrade to the new platform.

  3. Streamlined and Enhanced User Interface The new m-Post user interface brings more functionality to your fingertips with best-in-class design. Our recently updated application presents a colorful, priority-driven display that automatically pushes new alert messaging to the screen. Stakeholders and managers can see exactly what the most pressing issues are at first glance. The new UI allows users to efficiently navigate between sections, access tours, create or view reports, check the logbook, review Post Orders and more.

  4. Add Video to Field Reports Video capture is here! Enhance any report, provide additional value, and add clarity to any alert or report with our new video capture feature. Video provides an objective level of detail and context that may be unavailable when using still images. Improve the quality of field communication and expedite decision-making with clarity, motion and sound. Add video and value to accident reports, lost & found notifications and tour incidents.

  5. New Dispatch Task Capabilities Dispatchers can now assign tasks to officers in the field from a tablet or PC browser. Whether it’s an alarm response or medical emergency, track the task and officer response in real-time. Using distance, estimated drive times, and availability, dispatchers select the optimum officer for the task and sends Task Requests.
