Amendments to Constitution Update Article IV, Section 2. - Change age ranges for Young Adult membership categories. Update Article IV, Section 8. - Clarify conditions for membership reinstatement Clifton Springs Country Club
Constitution Amendments • Update Article IV – Membership Section 2 The Club shall have the following classifications within each type of membership. Junior - Age 14 through 20 / Non voting Young Adult I – Age 21 through 29 / 1 vote per membership Young Adult II – Age 30 through 39 / 1 vote per membership Regular – Age 40 through 64 / 1 vote per membership Senior – Age 65 or over / 1 vote per membership Senior Limited – Age 65 or over / 1 vote per membership Professional/Business – Business or partnership with up to three designated personnel from the firm / 1 vote per membership Clifton Springs Country Club
Constitution Amendments • Update Section IV – Membership Section 8. Members who have been terminated may reapply for membership as long as any outstanding debts have been paid in full and may be reinstated by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the Board of Directors. Clifton Springs Country Club
2013 Accomplishments • Staff + Volunteers worked diligently to provide a quality private golf and dining experience • Remain Committed to “Value Proposition” and to remaining a PRIVATE club with a lower membership level • Maintained Modest Debt Structure - esp. compared to other clubs • Continue to reinvest in capital items needed to maintain our Club • Membership Committee developed and implemented new strategies for recruiting new members • Restaurant Manager developed new procedure to reduce shrinkage and developed a pricing model for outside events • Finalized transition from Beta to fully functional Jonas Club Management Software 10/20/2013 Clifton Springs Country Club 7
