Confirm participation in the programme and subsidy amount Apr From start May Companies to receive letter of approval from JETRO/METI Feb Sep Commencement of the Subsidised Project Oct Mar Till end Sep.End of subsidised project (Completion of the site）　 ２０１２ May From start Oct. Submission of report on the results of the subsidised project From end Oct.JETRO/METI to verify results comply with initial application and cost estimates (it is possible that some of the subsidy will need tobe refunded/withheld) Yearly report, for three years, on R&D/HQ activities ・・・
