Social Housing Investment • 2004 to 2008, Local Authority Central Heating Programme • Central Heating to 25,100 homes, • 2009 to 2012, Local Authority Voids Retrofitting Programme • Improved 7,762 dwellings to target BER of C1. • Released housing stock which was not available due to poor condition.

Social Housing Investment • In 2013, low cost measures prioritisedin Local Authority Stock, • 2013, 13,107 Dwellings received measures (300mm attic insulation, cavity wall insulation, draught-proofing,BER) • Assistance from 4 Participating Energy Suppliers in exchange for energy credits. • 2013 Jobs Stimulus package -Provision of €50M over 3 years 2013 to 2015, €10m, €25+5m;€15m • Plan to improve 25,000 units and create 1000 jobs • Participation of Energy Suppliers and Community Based Organisations
