Combining DLSS/DLMS Manuals DoD Componentsmigrating to the DLMS DLSS/DLMS procedures covered by multiple sets of manuals DoD 4140.1-R mandates move to DLMS procedures DLMSO no longer has the resources to maintain separate sets of DLSS and DLMS manuals Propose combining MILSTRIP/MILSTRAP manuals into DLMS Volume 2 Would maintain visibility of DLSS peculiar terminology in the procedures Appendices covering DLSS codes and formats would be moved to the DLMSO website Effort will be made to better align DLMS chapter structure to that of the present DLSS chapter structure Combining DLSS/DLMS will assist Components in their respective migrations Example DLMS Chapter 10 & MILSTRAP Chapter 6
