HEMP Guidelines • $1 Million annual volume • Five or more employees • Record of integrity inside and outside the business • Three or more years in business • Ultimate decision maker (one only) for three or more years • Reasonable financials • Desire to grow the business
How To Make It Work • Start with a SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) Analysis • Put your worst foot forward • Set up regularly scheduled meetings • Focus on two or three areas during each visit • Give mentor feedback promptly
