  3. The Creative Mentoring Process Our Founder, Robert A. Kasey Jr. and a group of dedicated volunteers, developed these four foundations for a successful mentoring relationship • Being in the Present Moment • Sharing Universal Values • Having a greater Sense of Purpose • Unconditional Love and Acceptance
