Ways forward – car parking • Introduce reapplication for parking permits to all staff • Abandon reserved parking for Directors • Provide bookable spaces in an Occasional Car Park UNDER CONSIDERATION • Offer flexible booking for pool cars • Consider shuttle bus service UNDER CONSIDERATION BUT VERY EXPENSIVE • Exclusion zone (48 regular drivers within a four mile radius) UNDER CONSIDERATION

Ways Ways forward – alternative methods– car parking • Cyclist support MORE CYCLE SPACES TO BE AVAILABLE (FROM 230 UP TO 330) • Cycle to work scheme • More lockers for cyclists • Electric pool bikes (Thanks for the grant!) • Bus/Train support SEASON TICKET LOANS. DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE. • LiftshareMORE PROMOTION NEEDED • Event in May to promote all of this
