  2. EARN’s Purpose • To provide employers with • A single point of contact to recruit job applicants with disabilities. • Technical assistance on all subjects related to the employment of people with disabilities • To operate the Social Security Administration’s Ticket-to-Hire program.

  3. How EARN Works • Employers post jobs via e-mail or fax • EARN locates employment service providers with job-ready clients with disabilities in the employer’s community • EARN prescreens and refers providers with qualified candidates to employers

  5. EARN in Action • Over 55,000 employment providers have registered and are profiled in the data base. • Over 35,000 employers are registered with EARN. • Over 2000 jobs have been received and referrals been made.
