  2. Kingdomwars in medieval times wars Among kings and nobles were common. Vassals swore allegiance to the king. Vassals if strong enough were able To challenge the king for the throne.

  3. ~~~~Story time.~~~ William, duke of Normandy, landed in England with an army in 1066. He defeated king Harold and became king of England.

  4. Vassals Vassals often provided their own horses & amour When they fought as knights in the king’s army. Foot-soldiers & archers were brought with them.

  5. Did you know……….? A country is an area with an agreed-upon boundary & it’s Own central government.
