  3. The Key Principles 1)Whoever comes is the right people. 2) Whatever happens is the only thing that could have. 3) Whenever it starts is the right time. 4) When it is over it is over.

  4. The Law of Two Feet "If you find yourself in a situation where you aren't learning or contributing, go somewhere else."

  5. Typical Agenda • Greeting, restate theme • Individual identification of issues • Post short description of issues [< 8 words] • Combine similar issues, assign discussion spaces • Groups meet & discuss issues • Reports, next steps
