Our campers have the opportunity to expand their horizons during the summer, embarking on new adventures, and having fun! Our exceptional program and dedicated staff create an environment that forges lifelong friendships among our campers. We create a summer experience that is unforgettable! It all starts with our outstanding camp counselors.A camp is only as good as its staff, and we are extremely proud of ours. Talent, creativity, love of children, leadership and devotion make our camp counselors the heart and soul of the program. We take our camp programs seriously and begin our summer with intensive staff training and orientation. Camp counselors and specialists are doing exactly what they enjoy most: spending a summer inspiring campers to explore, reach for new heights, and expand their horizons. Camp Chesterbrook Academy gives you choices. Camp includes five days of activities, from 8:30 am – 4:30 pm. You can choose to add extended hours and specialty camps to your menu of summer fun. We offer a range of outdoor activities, plus indoor activities conducted in our fully air conditioned facility. Our specialty camps are optional programs, operating during regular camp hours, which provide even more choices for unique and exciting adventures. Every week, campers jump into action, participating in sports, exploring nature, becoming involved in creative arts, joining in group activities, and attending special events. “KLUTZ” Activities-- All Campers Designed for doing, NOT just reading. Klutz has it all: drawing, bead art, fairies, jewelry, magic, science, and more. Klutz books and activities are perfect for exploring new creative interests and for expanding on old favorites. Most activities come in multiple themes to appeal to discerning creative minds. Klutz books brings creativity to life during our Camp Activity hour!!! NEW this Year!   3. Where Adventures Begins New Discoveries, Great Friends and Fun Times! W E E K L Y T H E M E S SaltyDogs Ship Ahoy! 6 Grab your sea legs and camp gear! It’s time to set sail into summer for some awesome Treasure Coast experiences. Our campers will kick-off their 1st week of Camp with some team-building activities that are sure to set the tone for a fantastic Summer to remember! It’s all about the RED, WHITE & BLUE as campers prepare for a 4th of July parade, patriotic tye-dying and school-wide BBQ. Our on campus holiday party is sure to be the hit of the week. Hooray for the USA! Landlubbers 2 Treasure Coast Have you ever heard of Captain Cook? Well, our campers will become Captains in the kitchen as they taste, cook and sample a variety of tropical influenced cuisine, Bring your appetite and we will tempt your taste buds this week! Our campers will explore sea-life on the Treasure Coast and visit the Florida Oceanographic Society. They will become Marine Biologists as they learn all about the Atlantic Ocean and create beautiful masterpieces about their sea-life encounters. Jolly Roger 3 8 A Pirate’s Life For Me Our Treasure Coast has some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida! Campers will spend time enjoying our warm tropical waters, build sandcastles, go fishing, visit a turtle sanctuary and do their part in keeping our coast beautiful with a beach clean-up day. What a place to live! Outdoor sports occur year round in Florida. Not only will campers play a variety summer sports, they will also set sail on the Black Sparrow Pirate Ship Adventure! 1 Captain’s Quarters PiratePizzazz 4 9 Kids across our nation would love to go to a summer camp program in Florida! Well, our lucky Florida kids will learn all about the Sunshine State and the many wonderful reasons why people love to experience all that Florida has to offer. Shiver me Timbers! Our school will be taken over by Camp Pirates as they set sail on a scavenger hunt to find their lost treasure! Campers will also star in a special performance called Pirate Pizzazz for their families and preschool campers to enjoy. . 5 Pirate Tales Ship Shape 10 The Treasure Coast offers a variety of fun and educational venues that are perfect for our campers. Above and beyond arcades, laser tag, bowling, skating and mini golf…. The Children’s Museum, Florida Oceanographic Society and Marine Life Center to name a few, will be worth while experiences for all! All good things must come to an end! During our final week together, campers will reflect on their Pirate adventures and create a memory book they are sure to treasure of their great experiences and the friends they made at Camp Chesterbrook Academy.
