Samples reception All procedures to follow are clearly defined in specific QSE documents : Follow-up of AI samples within each steps Recording of samples information Follow-up of results Restitution of analysis results Specific security rules for different laboratory rooms (BSL2+, DNA-free, Bet room…)
QSE documents for each manipulation : Guarantee the quality of analysis Avoid handling hazards for environment and laboratory technicians Optimize the understanding of diagnostic problems.
Other documents allow to evaluate the relevance of followed procedures, ie: preventive and corrective actions. In case of any problem, the use of a QSE system is a guideline to point it out and to solve it The QSE system is evolutive and will put in adequation the needs in term of security, traceability…with the laboratory capabilities.
