Lab#07 Intro to PSTX 27FEB2014 Cadet Platoon ATU LAB #4 RECON Mission ATU Cadet Platoon conducts Introduction to PSTX at Old Post Park NLT 271445 IOT obtain basic understanding of a PSTX Lane. Commander’s Intent “For MSIII’s to have a proper understanding of TLPs, OPORD processes, and LDP application during a PSTX Lane.” • Training Objectives • Talk & Walk through PSTX demonstration • PSTX OPORD process demonstration • LDP application in PSTX • PSTX as a Leadership Development tool • Conduct AAR • Concept of Operation • Phase 1: Accountability/PCI’s • Phase 2: Safety/Training Brief • Phase 3: PSTX introduction • Phase 4: PSTX planning demonstration • Phase 5: AAR/Recovery • Scheme of Maneuver • Both Cadet and Recruit Platoons will train in the same area. While Cadet Platoon will be involved in the PSTX demonstration, Recruit Platoon will go over First Aid and other remaining Warrior Training Tasks. • Recruit Platoon will be split in three groups, each located at one Apex of the PSTX AA. • PL: CDT Drewry.
