Goal Development Guidelines • Use analysis from school data profile analysis (SDP/A). • Use results of process profile (SPR (40), SPR (90), SA, ASSIST SA). • Ensure gap statement and cause for gap addresses all four measures of data.
Goal Development Guidelines • Goal may contain one of multiple objectives. • Objectives may contain one or multiple strategies. • Strategies may contain one or multiple activities. • Activities may contain one or more multiple fiscal resources.
Goal Building Important Points! • Three to five goals is a good number to focus improvement efforts. • Goal must have at least one measurable objective, strategy, and activity.
