  3. How States Use ORSANCO’s 305b Into Their Integrated Reports • IL, IN, KY & PA – • Either reference or include ORSANCO’s 305b. • WV – takes ORSANCO’s data and reassesses the data. • OH – does not include Ohio River on their 303d list of impaired waters.

  4. Increased Interstate Consistency • Moving to 5-Year Assessment Period. • Designating older assessments “Historic” where no new information is available. • Ensuring that the most stringent criteria are used. • Reviewed differences in 2008 lists. • Agreed on assessment methodologies with minor tweeking from 2008 report.

  5. Schedule • 2010 assessments completed by year-end. • Report drafted for February TEC mtg. • 2012 assessments will need to be completed by August in order for IDEM to include results in their 2012 list.
