1. Play for A Cure In Our Lifetime Jersey Sponsorship On April 29, 2006, A Cure In Our Lifetime and the Myrtle Beach Pelicans will team up for the first annual “Play for the Cure Night”. Several aspects of the game that night will focus on the continuing need for support of those fighting breast cancer. With your generous donation as a “Jersey Sponsor”, you afford A Cure in Our Lifetime organization the opportunity to auction off these jerseys to raise money for the cause. A Cure In Our Lifetime is a grassroots organization helping individuals in our area who are fighting breast cancer. Your sponsorship of the jersey will include: Your organization (Client) will receive the following from the Myrtle Beach Baseball Club: • You sponsor one Pelicans players and their pink jersey • Twenty (20) tickets to the April 29th game • In-game PA mentions & Inclusion in the special game day insert • Have your picture taken with “your” player • Your logo included on the scoreboard • Receive at least one (1) in-game mention • Inclusion in the special game-day insert The Myrtle Beach Baseball Club will receive the following from your organization: A cash payment of $350 (three hundred fifty dollars) in 2006. CONTRACT TERMS:Once signed by ___________, (CLIENT) and Myrtle Beach Baseball Club (MBBC), this document and all attachments become a legally binding, non-cancellable contract. MBBC will invoice for services rendered according to the schedule listed above. Payment for all invoices are due upon receipt. In the event of default of payment by more the 60 days, MBBC reserves the right to suspend all advertising and promotional execution and collect full contractual balance. Non-payment of an invoice when due shall constitute default of this contract on the part of the CLIENT. In the event of default, CLIENT agrees that MBBC shall be entitled to recover from CLIENT reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs incurred by MBBC in enforcing / collection of monies owed. Signature of this document by CLIENT indicates acceptance of these payment terms and verification of all information listed herein. CLIENT by his/her signature below, affirms that he/she is a duly authorized representative of CLIENT and is authorized to obligate CLIENT to the terms of this contract. The contents of this contract are the intellectual property of MBBC. The use, duplication or execution of any element contained herein without prior written consent by the MBBC is expressly prohibited. Either party shall provide a written notice of provisions not executed. If cause for termination has not been cured within three days, this agreement will be terminated.
