YEA Social Program YEA Wine Mixer! • An opportunity for ASHRAE members to mingle with a focus on YEA Members. • Casual events cultivate working relationships and make younger members feel more accepted in ASHRAE. • Poll Members to find the most suitable location. • Encourage conversation by eliminating chairs. No Wallflowers! • YEA chapter chair and a helper are all that are needed to staff the event. • Length of the program should be about 60 minutes. Allow attendees to stay later if they wish. No ending time on the invitations will result in more people showing up on time. • After initial success, keep members coming back. Include raffles, or rewards for bringing a coworker.
