Evaluation • 5 criteria used to judge proposal: • Relevance – to the call • Quality of the support action – competence of institution, coherence of planned activities, methodology • Potential impact – in Serbia and entire EU • Quality of the management – is their sufficient support for Coordinator – decision structure • Mobilisation of resources – are the correct people being utilised, is the expenditure predicted justified.
