  1. EL RAPTO DE EUROPA Júpiter se enamoró de Europa y, transformado en un toro blanco con los cuernos dorados, marcha a la playa donde la joven juega con sus sirvientas. La muchacha, inicialmente aterrorizada, acaricia al animal y le decora con guirnaldas de flores, hasta que por fin se sienta en su lomo. Júpiter, con Europa en su lomo, huye alejándose entre las olas y llega hasta Creta donde se une con la joven y tiene tres hijos. Por Rubens Antonio Méndez
