  3. RA Responsibilities • Leaf mulch – once a year • Woodchips • Compost • Water and water troughs

  4. RA Responsibilities Con’t • Locks • Pathways • Trash • Trash in bags • Perimeter of garden plot

  5. RA Administration • Renew contracts. • Receive and process rental fees. • Re-assign un-used garden plots. • Waiting list – about 60 and growing. • Notify gardeners in violation.

  6. Coordinator Responsibilities • Monitor the condition of the plots. • Address, communicate and resolve issues. • Liaison between RA and Licensees. • Notify Licensees of changes. • Notify RA of conflicts. • Coordinator needed at Hunters Woods I.

  7. Gardener Responsibilities • Keep vines off the deer fence. • Be gentle with the spouts to prevent damage. • Help keep weeds under control. • Notify your Coordinator of any concerns.
