DATOS ESTADÍSTICOS • Entre el 06 de junio del 2007 al 30 de junio del 2012, han ingresado un total de 5.808 jóvenes a la sanción de Semicerrado en el país. • El 92% de los usuarios son mayores de edad, es decir 5396 son jóvenes entre los 18 y 31 años. • A Diciembre del año 2012, de los 628 vigentes, 462 son mayores de edad, es decir el 73%. • Los tres principales delitos por los cuales ingresan los jóvenes son: robo con intimidación, robo con violencia y robo en lugar habitado. • Incumplimiento de la sanción es la principal causal de egreso, con un 58% del total de egresados. • El 9,7% de los jóvenes ha egresado con cumplimiento del PII. El 21,4% de los casos lo hizo sin grado de cumplimiento y el 38,8% de los casos no lo termina, interrumpe.

ÉNFASIS • No se trata de reclusión nocturna. • Dotar de contenido a la atención en el centro. • Intervenciones dirigidas a la preparación del adolescente para cumplir con su plan de intervención. • Gestiones de red y acompañamiento para la inserción efectiva. • Manejo de caso que asegure intervenciones a medida.

  12. EVALUACION Durante el primer año de ejecución se levantará línea base por cada proyecto para las posteriores mediciones de resultados.
