  4. Presentation at a meeting • Scott and Mike Poole found • It is OK to talk at a conference and workshop on the results. • It was OK to write an article in the ICFA news letter. • It is not allowed to contact Media. • Conference proceedings becomes a problem. • Has to be resolved before IPAC.

  5. Planned presentation on EMMA • Hywel Owen: PANIC ‘11 from 24 July. • Shinji Machida: NuFact from 1 August. • Shinji Machida: IPAC ‘11 from 5 September. • May be a good idea to keep track of all the presentation and writing. • We can recycle too.
