Personnel • Staffing • Individual user support • Over 140 bosses • Technical staff (system analyst, programmer, developer, help desk, procurement specialist, budgeting, GIS technician, security, report writing, database analyst, sergeant at arms) • Wearing many hats (some made of iron) • Training
