1 John 4: 7-12 My dear friends let is love one another, since love comes from God and everyone who loves is a child of God and knows God. Whoever fails to love does not know God, because God is love. This is the revelation of God’s love for us, that God sent his only son into the world that we might have life through him. Love consists in this: it is not we who love God, but God loved us and sent his Son to expiate our sins. My dear friends if God loved us so much, we too should love each other. No one has ever seen God, but as long as we love each other God remains in us and his love comes to perfection in us.

Response May we burn with like desire while here we seek to bring the dream of God alive today in this small corner of our yearning world.
Nano’s Song See the light shine from the lantern See the flame glow through the years In her heart there blazed a fire May we burn with like desire. There’s a light for those in darkness And a call to lift the load She believed and like a pilgrim Chose to walk tomorrow’s road.
There’s a dream our God is dreaming Will we dare to dream the same? Come, go out, take up our lanterns And let love ignite the flame.
She invites us in the silence To ponder and to trust Will we listen as she listened? And lift the lowly from the dust. Nano Nagle we are grateful For the light you chose to shine May our lives be like bread broken And our offerings poured like wine.
