  5. System Test • System Test Summary • October 14 – January 16 • 6,900 Hours of testing • 11,600 Hours of Corrections • 167 Use Cases • 650+ Test Cases • 1,928 Defects found • 1,250 Defects Closed

System Test • UAT vs System Test • System Test conducted by DRC • UAT conducted by ODJFS/Counties (Facilitated by DRC) • System Test is Use Case/Integration test • Makes sure all the pieces meet requirements and all pieces work together in unison (integrate) • UAT is business scenario based • Makes sure the system operates in a business flow/ user environment.

  7. User Acceptance Test (UAT) • UAT the Purpose • Validate the system meets the functional and technical requirements and is ready to move to pilot operation and run live county operations.

  8. User Acceptance Test (UAT) • Will Be Conducted in three, 30 Day Waves • Wave 1: January 17th – February 17th • Wave 2: February 21st – March 21st • Wave 3: March 22nd– April 21st • UAT training for Wave 2 will be held during the week of February 13th

  10. User Acceptance Test (UAT) • Session One UAT Training held January 11-13 • Columbus Morse Road Training Center • Two day class • Two Training Classes Totaling 30 UAT members. • Session One UAT commenced Tuesday January 17, 2006

Next Steps • Next Steps: 1) Will Utilize Session One of UAT (Currently Underway) to Exercise the current Case Services Design in SACWIS and ascertain feedback from State and county Subject Matter Experts 2) Convene Short Term Workgroup to Review the history behind and viability of the current Case Services Design
