  4. SLC Aware IOC The work is very far along Design reviews were held – modifications already into the code We are 50% complete with all of the basic messaging in place. Work remains to integrate the timing and synchronized acquisition We are on schedule to complete this by the end of June Great job – Stephanie, Debbie, and Diane! Thanks for the support from Tony Gromme and other ESD personnel

  5. Positioners Came up with many standards that were agreed to Identified issues to look into Decided on a standard motor controller interface

  6. Vacuum Presented standard valves, gauges and pumps Agreement on the devices We touched on potential controllers – need to investigate Identified some issues with control interface Need to resolve power supply / ion pump design

  7. LLRF Great presentation from Dayle on the LLRF design discussion and options – along with the decision Interfaces to fast feedback as well as local feedback presented Discussion followed on how this would impact an overall LINAC upgrade Need to verify that our controllers will live in the RF racks in the noise, heat and dirt.

  8. Schedule and Budget We fixed our red items that were either delayed as a result of CR Credit not reported correctly Purchase that was delayed because we could Want to organize the WBS more along the subsystem lines and reduce the trackable items from 1500 to some 900 Require better connection to the schedule Discussed hiring plans for next 6 months
