Haber. The present perfect is formed using the present of the verb haber past participle.yohet?has?l / ella / Ud.hanosotros(as)hemosellos / ellas / Uds.han. Past Participles. The past participle of regular verbs is formed by adding:-ado to the infinitive stem of ?ar verbs, and -ido to the infinitive stem of ?er and ?ir verbs.

    3. Past Participles The past participle of regular verbs is formed by adding: -ado to the infinitive stem of –ar verbs, and -ido to the infinitive stem of –er and –ir verbs

    4. The present perfect is called a compound tense because it consists of two verb forms: The present tense of the verb haber and The past participle of the verb being used.

    7. The present perfect tense is used to describe a recently completed action. In compound tenses the verb haber and the participle are never separated.
