Strategic Roadmap for the Philippine Community eCenter Program
Community eCenter Shared facility providing affordable access to ICT-enabled services and relevant content. Serves as conduit for efficient delivery of government and other services.

The Philippine Community eCenter Network Started in 2006 as a loose, learning, collaborative organization It is the CICT’s partner in the implementation of the CeC Program. Now a registered non-profit organization Multi-stakeholder membership
telecentre-Philippine CeC Academy a consortium of members of the PhilCeCNet who offer capability building programs for CeC knowledge workers
ICT4 Basic Education • PCs for Public Schools • Funded by Govt of Japan • At least 2,600 high schools provided with computer labs
