TAMU Jobs Upgrade to PATH 2013 • Significant software upgrade • Portal Access for Total HR (PATH) handles postings, positions and performance • Applicant site is Job Path • Applicant Tracking and Position Management planned for April 4 launch date

Updated System = New Name For applicants, new URL and portal: For internal users (accessed thru SSO): POSTINGS. POSITIONS. PERFORMANCE.
Current Phase: Testing • Testing: applicant tracking (postings) and position management (position descriptions) and performance (evaluations)
Status of Testing • HR staff working through test scenarios and submitting changes • Testing second load of data to site this week • Once current modifications are complete, additional testing will be done

Key Changes: All Modules Updated user interface Use of the BACK button Inbox and Watch List Ability to export search results Spell check feature for open text boxes Better alerts for missing data Role-specific permissions in workflow
Your Actions to Prepare for Upgrade: Postings • Review status of departmental postings that are currently open or on hold in TAMU Jobs • Make sure hiring supervisors are aware of February 25 deadline and important transition dates • Support hiring supervisors in their efforts to complete the hiring process for TAMU Jobs postings • Contact your recruitment rep if you need help
Your Actions to Prepare for Upgrade: Position Descriptions • Review pending actions that are started but not yet submitted to HR • Update PDs before February 25 as appropriate • Make sure hiring supervisors are aware of deadlines and important transition dates with respect to PD actions and effective dates • Contact your compensation rep if you need help
Your Actions to Prepare for Upgrade : Performance Evaluations • Be sure that hiring supervisors and employees are aware that: • The 2013 process has a different evaluation period (April to May) due to the transition to PATH and rollout dates. • Details for this year’s plan covered in Michele Kinney’s presentation
Communications & Training • HR Liaison Network News (LNN) weekly email messages • Email blasts to employees and HR employee newsletter • Handout provided today with dates of demos in March and computer lab help sessions in April
