  3. Description • This course includes a brief review of basic anatomy, including muscle origin and insertion, location, and action. The primary focus will involve analysis of basic and complex activities and sports skills, as well as application of this information to the design of training programs, injury prevention, and performance of sports skills. Prerequisite: BIOL 2457, KINE 1400 or permission of instructor.
