  8. Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care Rules of Combination are; • Total of 46 credits • Mandatory Units (Group A) = 24 credits • Context/Knowledge Units (Group B) = 2 – 7 credits • Optional Units (Group C) = at least 15 credits

  9. Mandatory Units NO choice – these are prescribed

  10. Knowledge/Context Units from Group B You can choose 2 – 7 credits from the group Do you need the full 7 credits? The credits not used here can be carried down and added to the 15 for Group C So choose well
