Parent Voice Parent Voice is a Hampshire wide network of parents and carers of children and young people with additional needs aged 0-19. Parent Voice provides local information and advice through its weekly updates, website and Parent Participation Officers. Hampshire Local Offer website This website provides information on services available in Hampshire for children and young people from birth to 25 who have Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND). Hampshire’s Local Offer has been developed with parents / carers to help you find the right services and support for you and your family. Services have completed a question based form to provide information about what their service has to offer.
