Incorporate children’s independent mobility in regional and city policies to reduce emissions and change mobility behavior. School traffic accounts for 15% of urban traffic, making schools crucial in reducing emissions and fostering sustainability in future generations. This project focuses on four key policy themes: education and awareness raising, infrastructure, safe routes to school, and communication and organization. The aim is to create habits and meaningful actions within families, schools, cities, and other regional policies. Partners from 8 countries collaborate to develop and implement action plans to promote sustainable mobility among school children. Join us in making a greener city!
