European Exploration Some of reasons for european exploration that led them to the north american contient were to find a sea route to the spices of asia, and to find gold, & silver, and precious stones. Some of the explorers were vikings from scandinavia
European Impact • Native American provided fur pelts to french and dutch traders. The Europeans gave Native Americans manufactured goods, like cloth, iron, cookware, guns and tools. The furt trade in the end. Had a nagative effect on the Native americans.
Another colony was left at Roanoke in 1587 but by 1590, when a long delayed supply ship finally arrived, they had disappeared without a trace. This was the so-called "Lost Colony". A baby was born in Roanoke at this time. Little Virginia Dare, was the granddaughter of John White, the appointed Governor of the "Lost Colony", and was probably the first English baby born in the New World. Sir Walter Raleigh sent ships to America to search for the colonists but they were unsuccessful. Colonization
French And Indian War • The country that fought in the french and indian war was the colonel. What cause of the war was they Both the British and the French said they owned the land. This land was between the Appalachian Mountians and the Mississippi River, from the Great Lakes to the Gulf of Mexico. The year that it occurred was 1754 and 1763 and the country that won was british.
