A new identity - not three. The goal is to be strong and visible actor in the society. We want to be one identy but we organise the activities in many specialities. Why a new name ?. It is not easy to market ”Alliansföreningen för fastighetsekonomi och lantmäteri”. It is too long!

  3. A new identity - not three The goal is to be strong and visible actor in the society. We want to be one identy but we organise the activities in many specialities. CLGE Krakow

  4. Why a new name ? It is not easy to market ”Alliansföreningen för fastighetsekonomi och lantmäteri”. It is too long! Abbriviations of two or three old associations did not make anybody happy. We tried to ask the members and had a name competion. The result was depressing.. CLGE Krakow

  5. New criteria At an brainstorming meeting with people from the three associations and de Bourg design we desided to try another way to find a name: CLGE Krakow

  6. New criteria, cont An internatonally understandable name.. A name with some substance. CLGE Krakow

  7. The name ASPECT The word stem aspect/aspekt is found in the Latin and the Germanic languages. The meaning appeal to that surveors often deliver a professionell viewpoint, an aspect. The logo can also been intepreted as an Aspect or a sign loooking into the future. CLGE Krakow

  8. The callenge for ASPECTis to focus on: CLGE Krakow

  9. An adequate information to all members through meetings, seminars and the magasin ASPECT. The merging was a process during 3-6 years and the members have been informed and asked for their opinion. CLGE Krakow

  10. A birthdayparty with invitations to members, other actors within our sector and the press was held att Clarion hotel February 11. More tha 100 from different organisations and media and of course members participated. CLGE Krakow

  11. Breakfast seminars in Stockholm once a month and some in places around Sweden are running as planned. Important to find places and engaged members to arrange theese seminars for information in interesting items and of course ASPECT CLGE Krakow

  12. Some facts about ASPECT CLGE Krakow

  13. New statutes are in force from January 1st 2009. The Statutes have taken advantage from all three associations but made the new ones more up to date. CLGE Krakow

  14. The common office of SFF and SLF will now change to the office of ASPECT with the visiting address Vasagatan 52, Stockholm. CLGE Krakow

  15. ASPECT has now 2100 members. From the beginning of 2009 we have got 40 new members, contrary to what many (older) members had thought, CLGE Krakow

  16. ASPECT has 7 sections: - Real estate valuation - Real estate law and economi - Environment - Property management - Financing och Transactions - GIS and IT - International - Junior CLGE Krakow
