  5. The sub form can be used to record more detail for certain requests. This can enable total time and cost to be estimated for a request if necessary 63% of this time was spent extracting and analysing the data, 23% writing the report with the remaining 14% spent in meetings, travelling and other tasks This request took 64 hours of a band 6 and 54 hours of a band 8a within HIAT (other NPHS staff also worked on the request) Note: The contact analyst has additional hours to log for this job
