RCAP Staff, SMART Training Outcomes Training delivery, Strategy 1, for 245 small communities has the following outcomes: • Increased awareness and understanding of sourcewater assessments by local officials. • Impart knowledge on conducting planning and obtaining community support • Understanding of the interrelatedness between source water protection and wastewater treatment • Awareness of information resources available to officials. • Awareness of volunteer organizations that can assist. • Increase in requests to NESC and RCAP for technical assistance.

Regular RCAP reporting (For project communities – trailblazer) • Contacts and Community Information (demographics) • Start Date is the date you start. • End Date is the end of the Project Year Date. • We are hoping for further funding.
Regular RCAP reporting • Service Plan: Should consist of a short description of the problem and then what RCAP will do for the problem. • Narrative: Do not need a quarterly narrative at this time, but DO need an End of the year project summary.
Regular RCAP Reporting • Tasks: Appropriate Tasks will be chosen from the task list in the DCS. See Memo Regarding Tasks.
Regular RCAP Reporting(Non Project Activities – Trainings) • Follow the DCS instruction in DCS manual. • Use “Conferences/workshops/trainings conducted”
