  2. 1. Enter URL: https://www.transactionservices.dla.mil/daashome/homepage.asp 2. Select “Request Login ID and Password”

  3. 3. Read the SAR Warning and Select “Accept”

  4. 4. Read the Rules of Behavior and Select “Accept”

  5. On the SAR Menu, Select “LMARS/CWT” If prompted for your CAC, select your CAC certificate and enter your PIN.

  6. 7. Complete the online LMARS/CWT System Access Request.

  7. For Security contact information, fill in your organization’s security officer contact data. 9. For contractors, work with your Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to prepare a letter on Agency letterhead with required contract information. 10. When done completing the on-line form, click on “Submit Form”.
