OmniTouch Contact Center offer for mid-market • OmniTouch Contact Center Easy Contact at a very attractive price • Easy Contact pack is meant for “Emerging CC” from 5 to 25 CCD agents without CCS • Still the possibility to upgrade the pack to the Welcome pack (CCD + CCS) • Targets Verticals, such as: Travel agency, Pool of Assistants, Centralized Secretaries for Doctors etc…
