2. Formation of Subcommittees Initial Subcommittees • 17 members signed up at last HGCCC meeting • After email and phone communications, all members signed up one or more subcommittees • Sign up results the following: • Outreach = 7 • Business = 2 • Education = 3 • Government = 15 • Media = 5

3. Formation of Subcommittees Combined Subcommittees • Based on recommendations from the Committee staff, several subcommittees with only a few members were combined. The result was the following three HGCCC subcommittees : • Business and Outreach Subcommittee: 9 members • Government Subcommittee: 14 members • Media and Education Subcommittee: 7 members
